Project Scope
The South County Regional Wastewater Authority (SCRWA) retained HSe to provide facility planning, design, and construction assistance for their $85 million wastewater treatment capacity expansion project. The SCRWA wastewater treatment plant serves the cities of Gilroy and Morgan Hill, California, and the expansion is necessary to meet future demands through 2020. HSe has designed a new 37 MGD influent pump station and is currently designing upgrades to the plant maintenance facilities, existing oxidation ditch facility, as well as a new parallel 3.25 MGD immersed membrane bioreactor plant.
HSe will also prepare the Report of Waste Discharge for the new and upgraded wastewater treatment facilities.
