Project Scope
HSe provided planning, permitting, and design services for the City of Hollister's $120 million Long-Term Wastewater Management Project. The project included preparing a long-term master plan for the City's domestic and industrial wastewater treatment plants. Tasks included evaluating alternative treatment and disposal strategies and recommending a final project for implementation.
HSe was further retained by the City of Hollister to design its new 5 MGD (19 ML/d) immersed membrane bioreactor (MBR) wastewater treatment plant. The new plant produces extremely high quality water for reuse in the local community. The new plant was commissioned in July 2008 by HydroScience Operations (HSo).
