Cindy Preuss, PE, LEED AP, QSP+QSD, has joined HydroScience Engineers as a Senior Project Manager in our Berkeley office. Cindy strengthens our team in sanitary sewer collection system design, stormwater permitting, and trenchless pipeline construction technology from her 12 years of experience working at Harris & Associates.

Ken Shuey, PE, has joined HydroScience Engineers as a Senior Project Manager and Regional Manager for its California North State operations. Ken brings more than 30 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment and conveyance, along with permitting and funding experience. He also assists clients with utility rate studies and Proposition 218 compliance. Ken's previous experience includes 9 years as Kennedy/Jenks' Chico Operations Manager.

Walter Sadler, PE, has joined HydroScience Engineers as a Senior Project Manager. Walt brings more than 40 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment and conveyance along with stormwater management and permitting. He also has extensive experience with design and operation of groundwater facilities.
